Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily orthopedics.
• Accept new grads and first-time travelers, with outpatient experience preferred.
• Maintain productivity of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed, subject to director approval for overtime hours.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with clinical standards and patient care goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Georgia.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics.
• Ability to work day shifts, with flexibility for float within clinics if needed.
• Compliance with productivity and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient clinic experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
