Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Jackson, TN
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift (3x12s), on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry (IMC/PCU/Stepdown) floor.
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Float to other Medical/Surgical Telemetry or ICU units as needed.
• Cover 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule, including the potential to work during holidays such as Memorial Day.
• Ensure compliance with all certification and licensing requirements, including current Epic experience, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid TN or Compact State RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience.
• Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass a competency exam in Epic charting.
• Willingness to float to other units when required.
• Travel compliance and background checks in accordance with facility policies.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working in Neuro or Surgical telemetry units.
