Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care activities accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols.
• Work every other weekend and holiday as part of the schedule.
• Shift schedule: 5x8-hour days with a mix of day and evening shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM and 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, rotating weekly).

Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of South Dakota.
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts and handle multiple patient care responsibilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compliance with all licensing and employment requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Prior experience working in a 13-week contract position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
