Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of pediatric and adult patients.
• Assist patients in regaining independence and improving their quality of life through targeted therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Use critical thinking skills to adapt therapy strategies to meet patient needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities.
• Ensure a safe and professional environment, adhering to clinical and facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license or certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations.
• Prior experience in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings.
• Familiarity with mobile or community-based therapy services is a plus.
