Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop tailored therapy programs
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
• Follow all licensing and compliance protocols during treatment delivery
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely as required

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in setting and implementing treatment plans
• Ability to complete documentation directly with clients outside of clearance packets before starting assignments
• Strong understanding of healthcare procedures and documentation requirements
• Reliable with a commitment to on-time attendance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with healthcare equipment and documentation systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
