- Full-time, 12-16 week assignment, onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor resident health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient information and care provided in compliance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Current LVN/LPN license in the state of Iowa
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with rotating shifts including days, evenings, and nights
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Comfortable working in a rotating shift schedule
- Knowledge of elderly care and specialized patient needs
