Location
- Solon, IA
Schedule / Job Type
- Contract, 13 weeks, full-time
- Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Tuesday through Thursday (3 shifts per week)
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Facility work week: Sunday to Saturday
- Will accept local travelers
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a senior care facility
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document care provided accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Current valid license as an LPN or RN
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and health screenings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
