Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Day shifts, full-time, 8-hour shifts, contract position (36 hours guaranteed, up to 40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily
• Perform follow-up visits, with potential double-booking of follow-ups as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adhere to protocols requiring prior approval for overtime hours

Required Qualifications
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to accept new grads and first-time travelers
• Ability to work full-time day shifts with a consistent 8-hour schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with orthopedic outpatient populations
• Ability to handle a high patient volume efficiently
