Job Title
• Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy care to pediatric patients in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
• Administer treatments and monitor patient responses in a pediatric hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately
• Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT required; CRT not accepted)
• Complete Pediatric experience in a hospital setting, specifically with pediatric patients
• State licensure in Tennessee or eligible under NLC guidelines at time of submission
• Driver’s license must be provided at submission
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant healthcare experience, with 3+ preferred
• Knowledge of Cerner EHR system is a plus

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior pediatric respiratory therapy experience at a Level I Trauma Center
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in holiday schedules as required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Notes

• Travel experience required; previous travel assignments preferred
• Only local travelers within 100 miles considered
• Candidates must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays if they occur during the assignment
