Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans
• Complete documentation of patient assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements
• Adhere to facility policies regarding attire, parking, and protocols during assigned shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a clinical setting with setting-specific skills
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Equipment will be provided during the interview

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with ATI documentation processes
• Ability to start immediately with required documentation completion prior to assignment
