Location: Nashua, NH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care on the Geropsychiatric Unit, including mental and physical assessments.
• Monitor, document, and report patient symptoms and condition changes accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
• Facilitate therapies, patient education, and group activities tailored to individual treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external health agencies to optimize patient care and discharge planning.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, including assessments, progress notes, and discharge paperwork.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid New Hampshire RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Completion of a 2-year Associate degree or diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in psychiatric or geropsychiatric care is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse patient populations and team members.
