Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services in a home health setting.
• Assist licensed therapists with patient care plans and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and documentation protocols.
• Support patient progress through prescribed therapies and exercises.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate patient updates as needed.

Required Qualifications

• South Carolina PTA license (or pending license acceptable to start).
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Home health therapy experience is highly valued.
• Ability to pass required testing, including Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation exams, if applicable.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours.
• Willingness to work within a 75-mile radius.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent EPIC Electronic Medical Record experience (preferred but not required).
• Prior home health therapy experience.
• Previous full-time therapy assistant roles at similar facilities.
