• Days shifts, Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) unit, supporting procedures such as LHC, R/LHC, stent placement, peripheral angiography, Linq implant/explant, generator changes, and pacemaker implants.
• Monitor patients undergoing complex cardiac procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately within Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and equipment standards, including use of Philips Cath Lab equipment and Merge Hemodynamics systems.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Experience with moderate sedation and critical thinking skills essential for patient management during complex interventions.
• Prior cath lab experience required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
• Experience with peripheral angiography and device implants.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
