Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services at a community healthcare facility.
- Manage a caseload with a focus on orthopedic patient care.
- Deliver therapy sessions within scheduled hours, including some evening shifts until 7PM.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic experience.
- Connecticut state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
