Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff and clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement patient care policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active RN license.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or in a supervisory nursing role.
- Familiarity with long-term care or similar healthcare environments.
