Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and pain management.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Manage a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensed or eligible to sit for licensing exam as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedics experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics in the area if needed.
