Behavioral Technician

Location: Fayetteville, PA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, on-site, days shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral therapy services to clients according to treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure consistency in care
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
• Support clients in developing essential life skills
• Assist in implementing behavior intervention strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Experience or background in behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Basic understanding of behavioral intervention techniques

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working with behavioral or developmental disabilities
• Certification in CPR or First Aid
• Knowledge of data collection and progress tracking methods
