Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Lead and support clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Develop and implement policies to comply with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with leadership teams to optimize facility performance.
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident and staff satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in management or director roles within LTC or SNF settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Ability to develop and implement operational policies.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Valid licensure or certifications relevant to LTC/SNF management.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working directly with leadership teams.
• Familiarity with facility compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
