Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in various healthcare settings.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards during therapy sessions.
• Occasionally participate in documentation required outside of standard clearance processes.

Required Qualifications

• Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and adjusting treatment plans.
• Ability to work full-time days, 40 hours per week.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical setting with diverse patient needs.
• Familiarity with credentialing requirements and documentation procedures.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Additional Information

• Start Date: June 22
• Bill Rate: $80 per hour
• Overtime pay at 1.5x applicable after 40 hours
• Parking and dress code details will be provided on the first day
• Billing cycle: weekly
• Notice period: 30 days
