Key Responsibilities
• Perform pediatric echocardiograms with proficiency in complex congenital heart defects
• Conduct 4-10 scans per day, adhering to clinical best practices and documentation protocols
• Use GE Vivid 95 and PACS systems to enter full reports accurately
• Collaborate with medical team to interpret imaging results and assist in diagnosis
• Maintain all required licenses and certifications at start date, including ARDMS or RCCS credentials
• Follow safety protocols including BLS certification and local radiation badge requirements

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years pediatric echocardiography experience
• Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS with PE certification) or CCI with RCCS certification, all in hand at start
• Proficiency in scanning pediatric echocardiograms and complex heart defects
• Ability to work M-F with staggered start times between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM
• Current BLS certification
• South Carolina RN license or pending license with active application proof

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with GE Vivid 95 ultrasound system
• Knowledge of PACS reporting systems
• Familiarity with complex congenital heart disease cases
• Ability to adapt to floating between multiple locations (SJCH and SMP)
