- Full-time, Day shifts, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Conduct 1:1 patient sessions, approximately 45 minutes each.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using electronic health records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent patient care during scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina Physical Therapist License.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience.
- Ability to work days, Monday through Friday.
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient or clinic-based therapy experience.
- Familiarity with the Epic electronic charting system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
