Job Title

• Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shifts, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Conduct 1:1 patient sessions, approximately 45 minutes each.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent patient care during scheduled shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina Physical Therapist License.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience.
• Ability to work days, Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient or clinic-based therapy experience.
• Familiarity with the Epic electronic charting system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
