Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team.
• Maintain adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote patient recovery.
• Occasionally work one weekend day per month.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license or registration.
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility.
• Familiarity with gym-based therapy techniques.
