Job Title
• Therapist – Respiratory Therapist

Location
• Florence, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), including holiday rotation.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory care services to adult patients within a hospital setting.
• Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.
• Float within scope to meet hospital needs, including coverage across various departments.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately in medical records.

Required Qualifications
• Current South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license in hand.
• 2+ years of recent critical care experience.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT). All certifications must be current at start date.
• No CRTs; RRT only.
• No radiation badge required.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a large hospital or emergency setting.
• Ability to float across multiple hospital units, including labor and delivery.

Additional Notes
• No local candidates; candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius.
• No on-call or weekend requirements except every other weekend.
• Guaranteed hours with minimal call-offs allowed.
• Shift during hurricane season may involve emergency response duties.
