Job Title
• Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location
• Orangeburg, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Nights (3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), on-site

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a busy acute care hospital setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately using Epic charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and coordinate with hospital staff during crises
• Follow hospital protocols, including certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and maintain CPR proficiency
• Float within scope as needed to support various hospital departments/services

Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an emergency room setting
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association)
• Epic electronic health record system experience
• Willingness to work every other weekend and handle on-call responsibilities (if applicable)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Certification in TNCC and CPI training
• Experience working in a hospital with 250+ beds or similar high-acuity environment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced emergency department

• Local candidates within 60 miles accepted; local candidates may receive a 10% reduction in pay rate.
• RTO requests must be included at time of submission and are subject to facility approval.
• Guaranteed hours with a flexible call-off policy.
• Hurricane season (June to November) may involve emergency response duties.
• Must comply with travel and licensing requirements, including submission of SSN and proof of South Carolina licensure.
