Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Evaluate patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is sanitized and ready for sessions
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
• Support patient education and motivate individuals through therapy programs

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitative therapy
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
