Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
- Follow established protocols and safety procedures
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Current healthcare provider licenses and certifications
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments
- Knowledge of state and facility-specific regulations
- CPR and First Aid certification
