Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident health and document relevant medical information
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide compassionate support and education to residents and their families
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with elderly or geriatric patient care
- Knowledge of facility protocols and state regulations
