Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, predominantly in orthopedics.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with a focus on outpatient orthopedic care.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and adhere to productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Perform follow-up visits, with double-booking expected to optimize patient care.
• Rotate float to other clinics as needed, including neighboring facilities.
• Ensure all treatment plans comply with clinic protocols and obtain necessary approval for overtime.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or credential to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients per day and manage a productive caseload.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Previous travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Ability to accept new or first-time travelers.
• Recent graduates considered with relevant clinical experience.
