Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily orthopedic cases.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Float to other clinics or neighboring locations as needed.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing about 12-14 patients per day, with possible double-booking of follow-up visits.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist or eligibility to practice.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads.
• Ability to work 36-40 hours per week, with supervisor approval required for overtime.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and adapt to varying patient needs.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
