Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, primarily focusing on orthopedic care.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Cover multiple clinics as part of a float team, with flexibility to work at neighboring locations.
• Ensure productivity standards of around 60 visits per week are met.
• Obtain prior approval from the director for any overtime hours worked.
• Maintain high-quality patient care within a team environment, with a schedule of 36 hours guaranteed per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or PTA.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a diverse patient population in orthopedic outpatient settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple clinic locations.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing a busy caseload.
