Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic outpatient cases.
• Manage a productivity target of approximately 60 visits per week, treating about 12-14 patients daily.
• Collaborate with a team and float to other clinics as needed, including neighboring locations, to ensure patient care continuity.
• Work up to 40 hours a week with a guaranteed 36-hour schedule; overtime hours require prior approval from the director.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize clinic efficiency and patient throughput.

Required Qualifications

• Active license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work a standard 8-hour shift.

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
