Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Cumming, GA
Schedule / Job Type: Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Float to other clinics as needed, including neighboring locations.
• Manage a caseload with an expectation of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient throughput.
• Ensure all treatments are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
• Obtain prior approval for overtime hours from the director.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads (though new grads are not encouraged).
• Flexibility to float between clinics and handle a dynamic patient schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population.
