Key Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory conditions using advanced technologies and medication delivery.
• Operate and manage equipment such as high flow devices, Bunnell, Servo’s, nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and more.
• Document patient care accurately within the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Offer coverage for various units, including NICU/PICU and adult floors, as needed.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care hospital RRT experience
• Experience with Meditech documentation system (preferred)
• NICU/PICU experience is highly desirable

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in Level 3 NICU or PICU
• Advanced respiratory skills including procedures performed on the unit
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a critical care setting
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment
