• Full-time, Days, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Float within the unit or to nearby affiliate hospitals as required.
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays, with flexibility for off days around RTO requests.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit.
• Active in-state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• No prior travel restrictions; candidates must be able to work outside local area and float as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a community hospital setting.
• Ability to adapt to patient ratio fluctuations, typically 5:1, with occasional flexibility to 6:1.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
