- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location
- Greensboro, NC
Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for surgical and medical patients, including pre-op and post-op management
- Monitor and respond to patient needs, utilizing rapid response teams and blood product administration when necessary
- Manage peripheral lines and IV therapy
- Care for a diverse patient population, including trauma, surgical, palliative, and medical overflow cases
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (first-time travelers welcome)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in trauma or surgical patient care
- Familiarity with high-volume patient settings and complex patient needs
