Job Title
• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Lincoln, NE
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Contract (13 weeks)
• Dayshift, 12-hour shifts (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient information accurately and maintain clinical records
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN / LPN license in the state of Nebraska
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with residential or long-term care residents
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
