- Full-time, 13-week contract, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and documentation.
- Utilize gait belts and other equipment to ensure patient safety during mobility and transfers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet individual resident care plans.
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska
- Ability to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with gait belts and mobility assistance
- Familiarity with healthcare documentation systems
