Job Title

• Washington Court House, OH

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, outpatient setting, 36-40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with evening hours. No weekends, no holidays, no call.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate a variety of individuals in outpatient and occasional inpatient settings.
• Document patient progress using Epic or similar electronic medical records.
• Supervise and develop assistants involved in patient care.
• Manage an outpatient caseload that may include orthopedic, neuro, and a wide age range (10-100).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Practice with high moral and professional standards, demonstrating excellent customer service and clinical skills.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience with outpatient therapy or similar settings.
• Strong documentation and patient care skills.
• Effective time management and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic documentation platform.
• Flexibility to float to inpatient settings occasionally.
• Ability to accommodate various shift schedules (3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8-hour shifts).
