Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident well-being
- Follow all safety and compliance standards applicable to LTC/SNF environments
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working Mids shifts in LTC/SNF environments
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
