Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinic team members to deliver quality care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure all services are delivered within scheduled hours and adhere to clinic policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work full-time during daytime hours.
• Willingness to see a high volume of patients with a focus on orthopedic care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient orthopedics is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
