• Full-time, day shifts, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents in a long-term structured residential setting for individuals with serious mental illness
• Assist psychiatric professionals with treatment plans, group therapy, and one-on-one therapy sessions
• Monitor residents’ conditions, behaviors, and progress, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
• Follow structured protocols to stabilize residents and prepare them for reintegration into the community
• Document resident interactions and any changes in condition accurately and promptly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience working in mental health or similar settings
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts in a structured environment
• Good communication and observation skills
• Basic understanding of psychiatric treatment procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a residential mental health facility
• Knowledge of psychiatric medication protocols
• Certification in mental health or behavioral health support (e.g., CPR, First Aid)
