Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room setting across various specialties including ENT, Gyn, Neuro, Ortho, Spine, Plastics, Robotics, Urology, and Vascular.
• Circulate and assist with surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain sterile environment and assist with equipment preparation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care during surgeries.
• Complete EPIC documentation accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of operating room nursing experience.
• Travel experience required, with ability to float between units as needed.
• Active RN license in-hand or compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with EPIC system required.
• Ability to circulate and assist in various surgical specialties.
• Must be able to attend scheduled labs within 2 days of signing and complete them within 2 weeks.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in ENT, Gyn, Neuro, Ortho, Spine, Plastics, Robotics, Urology, or Vascular surgeries.
• Experience with various surgical cases and equipment.
• Ability to work on block schedule with night and weekend shifts.
