  • Full-time, Days shifts, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy services with a caseload consisting of 60-70% outpatient and 30-40% inpatient, swing bed, and home health
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment notes
  • Utilize computer systems for scheduling, documentation, and communication

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPTA license
  • CPR certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with healthcare documentation systems
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working with diverse patient populations in outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings
  • Ability to adapt to different care environments and patient needs
