Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Department patients in a busy, Level 1 trauma center.
• Tending to boarder patients across various units including med/surg, stepdown, and ICU.
• Float to acute care units as needed to support staffing demands.
• Ensure adherence to ER protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience in a Level 1 trauma facility.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications.
• Resume demonstrating consistent employment with no gaps.
• Completion of ED skills checklist and references from previous ER roles.
• Must submit all demographic information, including badge-appropriate photo.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume emergency department.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
