Job Title

• Full-time, Days shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for endoscopic procedures within the GI Lab.
• Support a variety of procedures including colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs, EUS, and bronchoscopies.
• Respond promptly to hospital call requests, with the ability to return within an hour as needed.
• Assist during procedures, monitor patient vitals, and ensure patient safety throughout.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialty related to endoscopy or GI nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS certification.
• Ability to return to the hospital within an hour from being called.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience supporting GI and Pulmonology service line procedures.
• Familiarity with procedures such as colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs, EUS, and bronchoscopies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in high-pressure settings.
