• Full-time, Day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services, including assessments and treatments for acute and chronic disorders.
• Conduct developmental testing, standardized assessments, and functional activities for pediatric patients.
• Transition patients between inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings as appropriate.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with safety goals and core measures.
• Utilize feeding techniques and address disabilities, motor, and oral/oral-motor functions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies.
Required Qualifications
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice (pending license accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of previous pediatric and inpatient experience.
• Experience with standardized assessments and developmental testing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in outpatient, acute care, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with national patient safety goals and core measures.
• Knowledge of billing procedures and feeding techniques.
• Experience with charts and documentation systems, preferably Epic.

Additional Details
• Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
• Housing and a rental vehicle are provided for the duration of the assignment.
• Travel and licensing requirements: must be at least 50 miles from the facility, with valid license (pending acceptable).
• Travel compliance and references are necessary for consideration.
