Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Attend to outpatient orthopedic cases and support float coverage across clinics.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, with up to 40 hours worked per week.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver quality patient care.
• Obtain prior approval for overtime hours.

Required Qualifications
• Valid PT license in the state of Virginia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Will accept new grads and first-time travelers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and assist as needed.
• Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently.
