Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Collaborate with clinic team to deliver quality patient care and meet clinical goals.
• Ensure all therapy sessions are documented accurately and in accordance with facility standards.
• Work float to other clinics within the area, as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license/certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week; overtime must be pre-approved.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and patient care focus.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Open to first-time travelers and recent graduates.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
