Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patient populations, managing approximately 8–10 patients per day
• Conduct fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments as part of comprehensive patient evaluations
• Deliver case management and group/concurrent therapy services as appropriate
• Treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions including but not limited to back pain, rotator cuff injuries, total joint replacements, fractures, disc herniation, osteoarthritis, and postural dysfunction
• Document patient care and progress utilizing NextGen electronic health records system
• Maintain professional dress code standards in accordance with clinic policy

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi
• Ability to work effectively in an outpatient clinic setting
• Competency in evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 or more years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Familiarity with NextGen electronic health records platform
• Experience with concurrent or group therapy models
