Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts (5x8s), 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient behavioral health nursing care to patients in a psychiatric setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording observations accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during overnight shifts
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years experience in acute inpatient behavioral health nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work night shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Strong patient care and assessment skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a psychiatric or mental health facility
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications and protocols
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
